Responsibilities:
- Manage the complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback “happy hour” including food preparation and clean-up
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and lobby areas
- Ensure food safety standards are met and supplies are stocked appropriately
- Provide exceptional, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude
- Answer guests’ questions using knowledge of the hotel, local area, and events
- Promote Drury’s culture of integrity, service, and hospitality
Requirements:
- Friendly, energetic, and effective communicator in English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations, community, and hotel services
- Ability to conduct accurate food inventory and calculate order levels
- Warm and welcoming manner to create a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere
