Job Description We are seeking an accomplished, professional Bartender preferably with experience in Relais & Chateau and/or Forbes 5-Star establishments.

Responsibilities:

Craft and prepare cocktails with precision, creativity, and consistency, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of spirits, wines, craft beers, and non-alcoholic beverages to provide expert recommendations
Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality, creating memorable experiences
Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate ordering with management
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
Develop and present signature cocktails and seasonal beverage menus reflecting the brand and culinary vision
Maintain impeccable bar presentation, cleanliness, and organization
Process cash and electronic payments accurately and reconcile bar sales at shift end
Train, mentor, and supervise junior bartending staff
Collaborate with kitchen, service, and management teams to optimize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

Ability to bartend in various settings including our restaurant Forum, special events venues, and pool bars
Experience in Relais & Chateau or Forbes 5-Star environments preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and craft beers
