Bartender
We are hiring immediately for full-time or part-time hourly Bartenders for our dine-in restaurant.
Job Summary: Bartenders are essential team members who provide an exceptional guest experience by delivering outstanding customer service and preparing beverages according to restaurant standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent hospitality, anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages following P.F. Chang's recipes, including garnishes.
- Operate and clean bar equipment; assist with inventory and restocking of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Understand restaurant seating layout to assist in food delivery and service coordination.
- Partner with the hospitality team to ensure guests have everything they need.
- Set and clear tables efficiently according to company standards.
- Follow responsible alcohol service procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
- Excellent customer service skills and professional etiquette.
- Ability to follow proper sanitation and safety procedures.
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
