As a Bartender, you will prepare outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to deliver the best drink experience to customers. You must maintain a friendly and professional attitude with both staff and guests while ensuring high-quality service.
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 21 years (per state law)
- Effective communication skills with staff and customers
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, reaching, and frequently carrying plates, glasses, and baskets
Responsibilities:
- Mix beverages according to established standards
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with servers and bar staff to maintain smooth service flow

Physical Standards: Must be able to remain stationary and exert mobility for up to four hours, safely lift up to 25 pounds, and comply with health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear and frequent hand washing.
