As an Applebee's Bartender, you will prepare outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring excellent drink quality for guests. You will engage warmly with customers and staff while maintaining a clean and efficient bar area to create a memorable experience.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old (per state law)
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds and remaining mobile for up to four hours
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to safety and sanitation protocols
Responsibilities:
- Mix beverages according to established standards
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers and staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

Physical Standards: Must be able to stand and move steadily for extended periods, bend, stoop, lift, and transport items frequently. Ability to communicate clearly, wear protective gear, and follow cleaning protocols throughout shifts is required.
