Title: Bartender - Rosebowl Stadium

Pay Range: $18.57 per hour

Job Summary: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a courteous, timely manner while adhering to all applicable liquor laws.

Responsibilities:

Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations, including preventing the service of alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests
Set up assigned bars; requisition and stock beer, wine, spirits, glassware, paper products, condiments, ice, and produce
Maintain and prepare fresh fruit, vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables
Greet guests courteously and take or process drink orders
Mix, garnish, and present drinks following standard recipes and portion control
Verify guest identification and manage cash transactions accurately
Secure all beverage products, food, equipment, deposits, and cash at the end of the shift
Perform general cleaning tasks and maintain a clean, organized work area
Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive bar display
Wash and sterilize stemware
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Must be able to comply with all state and federal liquor laws
Ability to process payments and verify identification
Maintain an attractive and clean bar environment
