Compensation: $17.34/hour
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests
- Flexibility to work any day, including weekends and holidays
- Work a full-time schedule
- Operate the POS system to handle guest payments
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation
- Maintain compliance logs and adhere to company policies and standards
- Foster a positive work environment
Requirements:
- Must be TABC certified
- Previous bartending experience and proficiency with POS systems
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing job duties
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational skills
- Physical ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without breaks
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, and push/pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs unassisted
