Position Purpose: Assist bartenders by cleaning all bar surfaces and stocking supplies.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist bartenders in keeping the bars stocked.
Maintain supplies and stock under all cabinets, ensuring cleanliness.
Keep all countertops and cupboards wiped clean.
Mop and clean floors around stations and inside the beer cooler.
Clean all floor drains daily.
Change garbage bags, empty garbage, and dispose of boxes regularly.
Retrieve all clean glasses used in the Brewery from both kitchens.
Follow instructions from the bartender on duty.
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Bartender or Director of Restaurant & Brewery Operations.
Record and report any suspicious activity in compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and Feather Falls Casino policy.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Qualifications:

Minimum age 21.
Must possess a Class B Gaming License.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
No prior experience required.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
Effective communication skills with customers and co-workers.
Ability to apply common sense to carry out written or oral instructions.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours.
Must be able to walk, maintain balance, and navigate confined work areas.
Frequent standing, walking, sitting, use of hands, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking, and hearing.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Visual abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

Exposure to tobacco smoke, loud noises, and bright lights.

Additional Requirements: Candidates must be at least 21 years old and pass background and drug screening. Applicants must have a California I.D., Social Security Card, and Birth Certificate.
