JOB TITLE: Bartender

SUPERVISOR: Shift Manager, Assistant General Manager, General Manager, Area Coach

STATUS: Non-Exempt

BASIC PURPOSE: A Bartender creates a unique and personal experience for each guest by blending enthusiasm, attention to detail, and knowledge of beverage options. This role is essential in building brand loyalty and delivering exceptional service.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet each guest with enthusiasm.
Take and ring orders, handle payments.
Prepare drinks as ordered.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the bar and seating areas.
Ensure the bar is fully stocked for the shift.
Follow all food safety policies, job duties, and code of conduct.
Be punctual and flexible with work hours.
Maintain a professional appearance and work habits.
Adhere to Responsible Alcohol Service Policy, including checking guest IDs to verify legal drinking age.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum age: 21 years.
TIPS certification required.
At least 6 months of bartending experience.
Basic math and reading skills.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Current Health Card or work permits as required.
Physical ability to stand and walk throughout shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive motions.
