Job Summary:
The Bar Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day bar operations and ensuring every guest receives a memorable, welcoming experience. This role oversees beverage quality and consistency, bar service standards, sanitation and safety compliance, inventory and cost controls, and the training and performance of bar team members. The Bar Manager works closely with the General Manager and kitchen leadership to support smooth service, achieve sales and profitability goals, and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment.

Ability to effectively present information, provide instructions and thoroughly answer questions in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization in English.
Reasoning Ability and Computer Skills:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to efficiently use inventory, ordering & computer systems or applications and Microsoft Office programs.
