Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Our bartenders do more than just mix drinks; they create memorable and unique guest experiences. They stay updated on new trends and local offerings while serving as hosts who take ownership of guest service beyond the bar. Bartenders use their expertise to ensure the bar operates flawlessly and build relationships with hotel staff and the community to anticipate guest needs. Attention to detail is essential, from handling transactions to delivering quality drinks.
Bartenders must maintain a safe workplace, adhere to company policies, protect assets, maintain confidentiality, and present a professional appearance. The role involves being on your feet for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as lifting or moving objects up to 25 pounds.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- No licenses or certifications required
- Ability to stand, move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 25 pounds
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create unique beverage experiences that satisfy guests
- Serve as a welcoming host and maintain excellent guest relations
- Ensure the bar’s appearance and function meet high standards
- Collaborate with hotel staff and community partners to anticipate and meet guest needs
- Follow all company policies and procedures
