1909 Gastropub in Old Town Temecula is seeking an engaging, experienced, and enthusiastic Craft Cocktail Bartender passionate about craft cocktails and providing an exceptional guest experience.

Bartender Expectations:
- Self-motivated and experienced with a focus on guest experience
- Dedicated to perfecting recipes and providing an exceptional cocktail experience
- Strong personality and passion for serving guests
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a high-volume bar
- Minimum 3 years experience with craft cocktails and craft beer
- Must be at least 21 years old due to liquor licensing requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and split shifts
- Physical ability to stand or walk 6 to 8 hours, lift 25+ pounds, stoop, and perform cleaning tasks

Pay:
- Base wage of $16.90/hour plus tips
