Title: Bartender - Bazille - La Jolla University Town Center
Job Description: As a bartender on our restaurant team, you will play a dual role—part team player, part mixologist.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service while preparing drinks and maintaining the bar menu
- Assist the restaurant team with various tasks, such as answering phones and processing financial transactions
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year bartending experience in upscale, full-service restaurants
- Professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm when addressing customer concerns
- Clear and professional communication skills with customers and coworkers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work a flexible schedule
- Valid food handler’s card as required by local and state regulations
