Job Description
At Montage International and Pendry, we are passionate about creating authentic and memorable guest experiences. We seek dedicated individuals to join us as Bartenders at Nason's (Part-Time).
Responsibilities:
- Interact one-on-one with guests to take orders and prepare cocktails
- Upsell menu items and ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs
- Demonstrate proper knowledge and service delivery of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the bar, including stocking supplies
- Collaborate effectively with management, bartenders, and service staff
- Create WOW moments for guests
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs
Requirements:
- Prior bartending experience and familiarity with point-of-sale systems (Micros or similar)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Basic communication skills
- A passion for spirits, wine, and food
- Trustworthy with integrity
- Experience in luxury hotels is a plus

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull equipment weighing up to 200 pounds
