Job Description
Paradise Point Resort and Spa, located on a private island in San Diego, California, offers a serene waterfront work environment at a premier luxury resort known for its stunning views and world-class amenities. We are seeking an outgoing and friendly Bartender to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve a variety of drinks to guests
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a memorable guest experience through effective communication and knowledge of bar operations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year bartending experience preferred
- Valid Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- Knowledge of drink recipes, drink and wine merchandising specials
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
- Familiarity with bar terminology and drink service
- Meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $19.00 per hour
