Job Description
Title: Beverage Server / Bartender
Job Location: Santa Ana, CA 92707 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $18.00 - $19.00 Hourly Job Shift: Swing
As a Beverage Server/Bartender, you will take drink orders, serve beverages, and ensure guests have an enjoyable and comfortable experience. You will support the bar and restaurant team by providing attentive beverage service and maintaining cleanliness and organization in assigned areas.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive beverage service
- Take drink orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Serve beverages promptly with proper presentation
- Monitor guest needs and offer refills or additional service
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar tops, and service stations
- Assist with resetting tables and maintaining organization
- Follow safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
- Communicate effectively with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff
- Assist with side work, stocking, and preparation tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems
- Previous serving or beverage service experience preferred but not required
- Flexible to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends
