Title: Club Louie's Cocktail Server
Classification: Non-Exempt (eligible for overtime)
Hourly Pay Range: $16.90 per hour + tips
Availability: Weekend availability is required, with shifts from Wednesday to Sunday including nights, weekends, and holidays.

We are seeking a professional, service-oriented Cocktail Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service by demonstrating detailed knowledge of our cocktail menu, offering thoughtful recommendations, and contributing to a high-quality, engaging guest experience in a lively lounge environment.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional and welcoming guest experience, including presentation and explanation of the cocktail and beverage menu
- Accurately take orders and offer recommendations based on guest preferences
- Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes, quality, and presentation standards
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while coordinating with team members to ensure efficient service
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs and resolve concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including the bar and service stations
- Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Stay informed of menu updates, promotions, and events
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, champagne, and beverage service standards
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Maintain professionalism and sound judgment in a high-energy setting
- Knowledge of bottle and lounge-style service is preferred
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
- Previous experience as a Cocktail Server or similar role in a high-volume beverage or nightclub environment is preferred
Professional Standards & Appearance:
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance consistent with an upscale, guest-facing environment
- Adhere to dress code, including uniforms or cocktail attire as required
- Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards
- Hair should be neat and styled appropriately
- Tattoos should be covered where required
- Facial piercings should be minimal and consistent with workplace guidelines
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Navigate a fast-paced, high-volume, and sometimes crowded indoor environment
- Carry trays, glassware, and service items weighing up to 25 lbs
- Bend, reach, and maneuver in service areas
- Communicate effectively despite varying noise levels
- Perform job duties requiring coordination and timing during peak periods
- Follow safe work practices consistent with hospitality and food service operations
