Job Summary The Bar Manager oversees daily food and beverage operations across Estate Yountville’s lobby bars, poolside outlets, and in-room dining. This role ensures Forbes Travel Guide service standards are consistently met while delivering exemplary guest experiences. Responsibilities include staff leadership, menu execution, operational excellence, and financial performance, with a focus on beverage innovation and elevated hospitality.
