Title: Bartender (Full Time)

We are hiring immediately for full-time Bartender positions at United Airlines - United Club West / B Concourse, Denver, CO 80249. Online applications only.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of bartending experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Knowledge of state, federal, and corporate liquor laws.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.
Adhere to all liquor regulations regarding service to minors and intoxicated guests.
Set up assigned bars; requisition and stock beer, wine, spirits, supplies, glassware, ice, and produce.
Maintain stock and quality of fresh garnishes, juices, and perishables.
Greet guests courteously and check proper identification.
Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes while practicing portion control.
Detect and address guest inebriation as trained.
Handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
Secure and store inventory, deposits, and cash drops.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area following health and safety standards.
Maintain attractive bar displays and sterilize stemware.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: $21.00 per hour (fixed rate).
