Mama Kim Malaysian Fusion is a modern Malaysian-fusion restaurant focused on whole ingredients, bold flavors, and nourishing the body from the inside out. As the first U.S. location of a highly regarded Malaysian brand with 13 restaurants overseas, we bring a health-forward culinary experience to Greenwood Village. Located beside our sister day spa Jalan Facial Spa, our concept blends vibrant Southeast Asian traditions with modern wellness values.

Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic and guest-focused Bartender to join our Front of House team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, craft cocktails, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on preferences and menu knowledge.
Accurately enter drink orders into the Toast POS system and ensure timely execution.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.
Check identification and follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders to ensure smooth service flow.
Process guest payments accurately and follow company policies for cash, credit, and gratuities.
Monitor bar inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
Uphold all health, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:

Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and drink preparation (training provided).
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and balancing tabs.
Alcohol Server Certification (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) required.

Compensation: $16.27/hour base + tips
