Ten Five Hospitality is launching a new restaurant and lounge concept in Georgetown. We are seeking dynamic, experienced professionals to join our team and help create an elevated dining experience. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in fine dining service and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.

Position Summary: Bartenders play a central role in the guest experience at the bar, delivering warm, attentive hospitality while precisely executing the beverage program. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, maintain strong product knowledge, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth, efficient service. Professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and presentation standards.
Greet and engage guests warmly and professionally.
Take orders, deliver beverages, and monitor guest satisfaction.
Execute all opening and closing duties.
Restock and maintain par levels of all beverages.
Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Answer menu questions, provide recommendations, and communicate dietary restrictions.
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the bar station.
Accurately check IDs to verify legal drinking age.
Process guest transactions accurately using POS systems.
Coordinate guest transfers from bar to dining room as needed.
Follow all cash handling procedures.
Communicate effectively with floor staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and move continuously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift trays or items up to 30 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
Ability to push/pull equipment weighing up to 250 lbs.
Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and stretching required.
Manual dexterity to operate equipment and prepare garnishes.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum two years experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel environment.
Expertise in cocktail preparation and alcohol service in high-volume settings.
Experience with food and wine pairing.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Ability to multitask and focus on guest interaction.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Understanding of sequence of service and meal coursing.
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
