Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will take customer orders, recommend drinks, maintain a clean and inviting bar area, and create a variety of traditional and creative cocktails. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-service oriented, and passionate about mixology. Guests place orders via QR codes on tables or in person at the bar. We operate on a tip-pool basis.
Responsibilities
- Take drink orders from guests
- Verify patrons are of legal drinking age and comply with all state and federal alcohol laws
- Collect payments
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and bar setup
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending
- Valid ABCA - ABC Manager License (required)
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items
- Legal age to serve alcohol
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
