Title: Bartender - Part Time

Join our team as a bartender! You will mix and serve drinks to guests, ensuring a pleasant experience while adhering to safety and legal guidelines. Your role involves maintaining a clean and organized bar area, engaging with customers, verifying identification, and processing payments efficiently.
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain clean and organized bar areas.
- Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
- Check identification to verify age requirements for alcohol purchase.
- Prepare and serve drink and/or food orders.
- Take orders, serve, and clear food and beverages in bar and lounge areas when applicable.
- Issue guest checks and complete payment process.
- Follow standards for identifying and managing intoxicated guests.
- Complete beverage requisitions to maintain par levels.
- Perform required side work before shift end.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and work toward improving departmental and overall scores.
- Practice safe work habits, wear protective equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma preferred.
- Previous bartending or mixology experience required or equivalent training.
- TIPS certification is a plus and required within 30 days of employment.
- Flexible work schedule, including holidays, weekends, and alternating shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, push, lift up to 25 pounds, bend, and reach.
