Job Description
Title: Barback
Topgolf is seeking energetic and fun-loving individuals to join our team as Barbacks. In this fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will play a key role in supporting bartenders and enhancing the player experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support bartenders by stocking liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice to ensure smooth drink service.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils.
- Collect empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service efficient.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
- Collaborate with bartenders and other team members to contribute to a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Requirements:
- Must be at least the legal serving age and have any required beverage service certifications.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable being on your feet for most of the shift.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a busy, high-volume environment.
- Previous hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus but not required.
