The Bar Manager oversees all aspects of bar operations, ensuring the company’s standards for quality, service, and operations are maintained. The ideal candidate has a proven history of managing high-volume bars, is proficient in inventory and control standards, and is proactive in proper product ordering.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing bar operations and staff
- Maintaining quality, service, and sanitation standards
- Controlling inventory and ordering products
- Creating a welcoming and efficient bar environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a high-volume bar setting
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, drinks, and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Availability to work late nights, holidays, and long shifts as needed
