What You'll Do:
- Bring the island spirit to life by making every guest feel at home
- Maintain complete knowledge of all food and beverage menus, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation
- Have knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- Verify government-issued identification when alcohol is ordered as required by law
- Maintain proper stock levels and manage inventory of perishables and spirits
- Help create a clean, safe, professional, and upbeat environment
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing throughout the shift
- Safely operate bar equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, and wine keys
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts based on business needs
