About the location:

Four Seasons Hotel Miami offers a unique blend of urban sophistication and tropical paradise. Located above the trendy Brickell Avenue, the hotel features a two-acre pool terrace, Equinox Fitness Center & Spa, an award-winning steakhouse (EDGE Steak & Bar), and is situated close to Miami’s vibrant art, dining, and entertainment scenes.

Position: Barback

The Barback role supports bartenders and ensures smooth operation of the bar. Our team members have the opportunity to enhance guest experiences by providing excellent knowledge and service within our renowned organization.

Responsibilities:

Clear, clean, and set up tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and silverware unobtrusively while greeting guests according to Four Seasons standards.
Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and respond promptly to guest concerns and requests.
Stock side stations with linens, china, glassware, silverware, paper goods; replenish beer, liquor, soda, juice, garnishes, and ice for bartenders.
Break down, clean, and set up side stations and back-of-house areas.
Comply with Four Seasons’ work rules and standards of conduct.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Requirements:

Ability to work all shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Oral proficiency in English.
Ability to carry and balance trays.
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
