Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a Bartender to join the team!

Experience with family entertainment centers is a plus but not required. Position Summary:

This part-time Bartender role includes the potential to earn tips. Bartenders anticipate guest needs and exceed service expectations while maintaining a fun and exciting atmosphere. They support guests in various capacities and uphold Andretti's high standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and take orders following Andretti guidelines, always exceeding expectations.
Prepare standard and specialty mixed drinks; pour wine and beer quickly and accurately without waste.
Deliver food and beverages professionally according to Andretti standards.
Collect payments and operate the Point-of-Sale system efficiently.
Count cash drawer at shift start for accuracy and ensure adequate change is available.
Maintain an organized work area; clean and reset tables proactively.
Order and manage liquor and bar supplies; display bottles attractively.
Dispose of broken glassware properly.
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines per local health regulations.
Check identification for alcohol consumption and enforce state and company beverage service policies.
Monitor guest safety and guideline adherence; assist with guest recovery and notify managers as needed.
Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and co-workers.
Perform opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.

Skills & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Pleasant, upbeat, and sociable attitude throughout the workday.
Flexible availability including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
Ability to meet physical demands such as standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Physical Requirements:

Walk or stand for long periods.
Lift regularly up to 15 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Perform tasks involving bending, reaching, turning, climbing, and stocking.
Ability to work in environments with varying lighting and loud sounds.
Manual dexterity to operate equipment safely.
