Title: Seasonal Bartender

As a part-time Team Merlin Bartender, you will provide friendly and efficient tableside service, take guest orders, and ensure timely and proper delivery of all items. You will uphold the highest standards of guest service, product knowledge, and presentation while fostering a magical, fun, and safe environment.

Responsibilities:

Adopt an enthusiastic and passionate approach to guest service, demonstrating Merlin Values.
Assist in developing and leading revenue-generating initiatives with leadership.
Take, place, and serve orders for assigned sections.
Operate the POS ordering system, remain updated on restaurant information, and manage tips according to company policy.
Understand and meet guest expectations by communicating and serving in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.
Assist with set-up and tear-down of tables and service stations.
Comply with all state laws and license restrictions on alcoholic beverage service.
Ensure adherence to Health, Safety & Security policies, including COVID-19 regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

About You:

Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a full-service environment preferred; cash-handling experience is beneficial.
Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
Hospitable nature, dedicated to delivering top-level service.
Ability to work in loud, confined spaces.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently or within a team.
Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Able to stand and walk for extended periods and work in fast-paced, multitask environments with varying temperatures and weather.
Must pass Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness exams within 30 days of employment.

Pay Range Starting at $15.00 per hour.
