Title: Bartender

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous bartending experience in a high-energy hospitality environment
- Ability to thrive in busy settings and maintain calm under pressure
- Focus on providing exceptional player experience
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and engage in active tasks
- Must meet legal serving age and required certifications where applicable
Responsibilities:
- Greet players with energy and personality, creating a welcoming bar experience
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked bar area and ensure smooth daily operations
- Upsell signature cocktails, food items, and game upgrades to enhance the player experience
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service and uphold Topgolf’s core values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for players and staff
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable being on your feet for most of the shift
- Endurance to maintain a fast pace in a high-volume setting
