Job Description
Join the Beef 'O' Brady's team at 34900 US Hwy 19N, Palm Harbor, FL 34684-1920! We are seeking friendly, upbeat bartenders passionate about creating excellent guest experiences in a fun, fast-paced environment. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Bartender Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests
- Follow service procedures for taking and serving orders
- Be knowledgeable about the menu to answer guest questions
- Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails following Beef's recipes
- Present guest checks and handle payments
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Keep the bar station and service areas clean and organized
- Perform duties independently without constant supervision
Bartender Requirements:
- Minimum age 18 or older, per local regulations
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items
- Competent in operating POS and beverage equipment
- Ability to stand continuously, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds
