Join Aramark as a Bartender in the Bradenton area to craft and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You'll work alongside a dedicated team, enhancing the dining experience by tapping into consumer tastes and industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, take orders, and process cash and credit card transactions
- Mix and serve beverages, including providing drinks to servers as needed
- Adhere strictly to alcohol service policies, including verifying legal drinking age
- Follow cash handling procedures
- Set up and break down workstations, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- Conduct inventory counts and restock supplies appropriately
- Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards guests, clients, and coworkers
- Protect company assets and ensure security
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of bartending principles, recipes, and current trends
- Ability to obtain all required Aramark and state/local alcohol service certifications
- Excellent hospitality skills and comprehensive beverage knowledge
- Strong organizational, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail
- Capability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, fun environment
- Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
