Bartender
Blu Ocean Grille inside Encore at Tradition is seeking a friendly, energetic, and reliable bartender to join our team. We value pride in work and creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests at the bar and dining areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
- Follow all recipes, portion standards, and safety guidelines
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Restock bar supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
- Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a great guest experience
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays may be required
