Bartender Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests
- Follow established steps of service when taking and serving orders
- Be knowledgeable about the menu to answer guest questions
- Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails according to official recipes
- Present guest checks and handle payments
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized bar station and service areas
- Complete duties independently without constant supervision
Bartender Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old, complying with state and local regulations
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items
- Competent in operating POS systems and beverage equipment
- Ability to stand continuously, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds
