Location: Flight Club Atlanta - Atlanta, GA 30318 Position Type: Part-Time/Full-Time Salary: $2.13 - $7.25 hourly plus tips Department: Front of House Reporting To: Assistant General Manager FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Position Purpose: Bartenders are responsible for delivering a high-quality, unique guest experience with enthusiasm and product knowledge. They ensure accurate and timely preparation and delivery of food and beverage orders while maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere. Bartenders play a crucial role in guest satisfaction and service excellence, contributing to a collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service by understanding guest preferences and responding promptly.
Build rapport with guests through excellent communication and a welcoming attitude.
Accurately ring in food, beverage, gaming, and event charges.
Follow pre-order and pre-batch processes to minimize waste and streamline operations.
Perform efficient opening and closing procedures, preparing and clearing all sections.
Anticipate guest needs proactively to ensure a smooth experience.
Maintain positive energy and foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues.
Train new bartenders to uphold company standards and teamwork.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years bartending experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
Current food handler’s and alcohol certifications maintained throughout employment.
Ability to pass training exams with a minimum score of 90%.
Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
Physically able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
