Job Description
Title: Bartender
Location: Atlanta, GA 30306 Position Type: Part-Time
Responsibilities:
- Craft quality cocktails and serve other beverages
- Follow proper drink construction techniques and company policies
- Engage with guests in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Maintain high performance, productivity, and teamwork throughout the shift
- Communicate with leadership and teammates when assistance is needed
- Demonstrate consistent pour and drink handling skills
- Perform bartop maintenance and restock supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Demonstrate accurate product knowledge
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours
- Prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting
- Lift and move products and supplies weighing 20 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Repetitive hand and wrist motion
Qualifications:
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Previous bar experience preferred
- Ability to quickly learn and understand all bar practices
