Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a Bartender to join the team! Experience with family entertainment centers is a plus but not required.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Bartender role is part-time with the potential to earn tips. Bartenders are responsible for exceeding guest service expectations and creating a fun, exciting atmosphere. They assist guests in various capacities while maintaining Andretti’s high standards of guest satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet guests and take orders following Andretti guidelines, aiming to exceed expectations.
Prepare standard and specialty mixed drinks; pour wine and beer quickly and accurately without waste.
Deliver food and beverages professionally according to standards.
Collect payments and operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system efficiently.
Count cash drawer at shift start and ensure proper change is available.
Maintain an organized workspace; clean and reset tables proactively.
Order and manage liquor and bar supplies; display bottles attractively.
Dispose of broken glassware properly.
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines complying with health regulations.
Verify identification for alcohol consumption in compliance with laws.
Monitor guests for safety and adherence to guidelines.
Assist with guest recovery and notify management as needed.
Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
Perform opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent.
Friendly, upbeat, and sociable attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
Prior guest service or hospitality experience preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.
Lift up to 15 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Perform tasks involving bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing, and stocking.
Ability to communicate quickly and accurately.
Comfortable working in environments with bright, dim, or flashing lights and loud sounds.
Manual dexterity to operate equipment.
Commitment to following safety standards at all times.
