Job Title: Bartender

Position Overview: Ensure guests have an unparalleled experience by providing fast, friendly service and being attentive to their needs.

Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional guest experience through quality food, drinks, and games.
Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding any issues and suggest corrective actions.
Create a warm and enjoyable atmosphere for guests and team members.
Adhere to sanitation and safety procedures.
Manage personal cash bank accurately, operate credit card machines correctly, and handle all financial transactions.
Follow alcohol awareness policies to prevent intoxication and handle intoxicated guests appropriately.
Monitor guest behavior and notify management when necessary.
Prepare drinks following company recipes to ensure consistency and cost control.
Maintain clean and organized workstations, including setup and breakdown.
Greet guests promptly and accurately take food and drink orders.
Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and answer guest questions.
Enter orders quickly and accurately into the Micros system.
Complete opening and closing duties and assist in inventory management.
Support party setups, buss and reset tables as needed.
Work efficiently adhering to the “Full hands in, full hands out” philosophy.
Participate in sales incentives and promotions.
Foster a positive working relationship with all team members.
Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to communicate clearly in English.
Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment.
Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform duties involving reaching, bending, and moving around the facility.
Flexible availability including days, nights, and weekends.

Starting at $2.13 per hour plus tips
