Maui Brewing Co. Kihei is looking for a top-notch Bartender to join our craft 'ohana.

Job Title: Bartender Location: Maui Brewing Co. Kihei - 605 Lipoa Parkway, Kihei, Hawai'i Status: Full-Time or Part-Time (dependent on availability) Pay Rate: $14.75/hour + tips Tips: $30.00-$44.00 average hourly tip rate (dependent on shift & sales) - paid weekly via Branch™

Summary of Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, attentive, and exceptional service to guests and assist with menu selections and beverage recommendations.
Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Ensure compliance with MBCR's Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and local liquor laws.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
Support the service team with dining operations and guest experience.
Follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines.

Summary of Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience as a bartender in a full-service bar or restaurant.
Knowledgeable in craft beer, cocktails, and food.
Passionate about guest service and strive to create memorable experiences for all guests.
Team player with the ability to get along well with others.
Weekend availability (Friday - Sunday).
TB clearance required for work in the State of Hawaii (restaurants/food handling).
