Job Description

As a Bartender, you ensure that our guests receive the highest standards of quality in beverages, food, and service. You will mix, prepare, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food to guests while providing professional hospitality. Display excellent knowledge of the products, property, and the company.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve beverages and food according to specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar, kitchen, and all related areas.
Stock supplies, rotate inventory, and manage ordering to maintain adequate levels.
Record temperatures of refrigeration units and check sanitizing levels.
Handle POS system operations, cashier functions, and end-of-shift balancing.
Prepare backup food items, ensure proper food storage, and monitor food freshness.
Perform stewarding duties such as washing pots, pans, and utensils.
Embody company values including hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, and ownership.
Complete all required training and comply with company policies.
Assist with special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED.
Up to one year of related experience.
Valid State of Hawaii Liquor Card - Blue.
Food Handler Certificate.
TB clearance.

Work Schedule:

8-hour shifts scheduled between 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM.
Work locations may vary between Bay Club Café and Kohola Suite Puka Bar.
Five days per week including weekends and holidays.
