Reports to: Food & Beverage Manager
Hours of Work:
- Sunday: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Monday: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Tuesday: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Wednesday: Off
- Thursday: Off
- Friday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Saturday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Keep the bar areas stocked with supplies at all times.
- Deliver supplies to the bar area.
- Track bar supplies and check beer coolers.
- Clean all bar areas during and after shifts.
- Prepare bar and storage areas for inventory.
- Act as a back-up bartender.
- Assist with cleaning tables in the restaurant area.
- Put away food and beverage deliveries.
- Log in and distribute UPS and FedEx packages.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- No formal education required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
- Ability to recognize when to cut off patrons who consume excessive alcohol.
- Ability to follow directions.
Physical Demands:
- Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling.
- Reaching, pushing, pulling.
- Walking and standing for long periods.
- Repetitive motion movements.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily indoor work with occasional outdoor tasks.
- Exposure to loud noise, cigarette smoke, cleaning fluids, and CO2 tanks.
Equipment Used:
- Hand cart, POS system, wrenches, CO2 tanks, blender, general office equipment.
