Title: Bartender
Compensation Range: $3.35 - $7.25 / Hour (This Position Earns Tips)

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests, knowing regulars by name, preference, and needs
- Be knowledgeable about wines, beers, liquors, and common cocktail ingredients
- Inform guests about specialty drinks and menu items
- Maintain cash bank and follow cash handling procedures
- Comply with all alcoholic beverage laws and regulations
- Keep work area clean and safe
- Deliver drink orders efficiently and timely
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years bartending experience
- Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Comfortable with basic math and point-of-sale system operation
- Excellent English communication skills
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Outgoing, hospitable, and friendly demeanor
