Bartender

Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences
- Uphold the integrity of the beverage program by adhering to brand standards, techniques, and expectations for craft beverage service
- Follow steps of service to maintain brand standards
- Use Aloha POS to enter orders and process payments
- Clean and sanitize the bar top and guest service areas every 30 minutes
- Wash all barware and dishes
- Rotate shifts as Bar Back when needed
- Manage cash properly
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years old or older
- Strong communication skills and comfortable engaging with guests
- Team-oriented attitude
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment is preferred
