Starting salary is $10.98 per hour, with placement based on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. This base salary is part of a competitive Total Rewards package that includes wellness programs, day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, annual performance bonuses, and paid time off which increases with tenure.
