Job Description
Title: Bartender - Oak Brook Maggiano's
Our Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving beverages directly to guests seated in the bar and cocktail area, as well as preparing beverages for servers and cocktail servers who attend guests in the cocktail area and dining room. They must maintain an energetic and upbeat service style to ensure guests feel special.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and accurately
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with servers and cocktail servers to fulfill beverage orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle physical tasks such as carrying heavy plates and standing for long periods
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with physical demands of the job
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
