Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
Bartenders are responsible for providing guests with a memorable experience by crafting drinks to suit any occasion. As a Bartender, your tasks will include:
- Preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests seated at the bar and in the dining areas.
- Delivering excellent customer service by engaging with guests and offering drink options.
- Taking accurate orders.
- Verifying that every customer is at least 21 years of age.
- Replenishing bar inventory.
- Ringing in all beverages using a POS system.
- Processing guest payments efficiently.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Possess a valid Indiana Liquor License.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for at least 4 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Previous server experience.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of math.
Preferred Skills
- Prior customer service experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
