Position: Part Time Bartender (weekends)

Responsibilities:

Maintain proper daily bar setup including requisitioning and stocking beer, wine, spirits, paper products, condiments, and produce based on daily function projections
Prepare, cut, and store fresh fruit, vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables to ensure quality
Greet guests courteously, promote menu items, mix and present drinks following standard recipes and portion control
Input orders and generate checks using point of sale system, maintaining accountability for beverages served
Handle cash transactions, verify charges, record sales, and properly execute vouchers to balance receipts
Lock up and store beverage and food inventory, complete cash drops and secure funds
Perform cleaning duties according to health standards
Adhere to all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations including responsible service to minors and intoxicated guests
Assist security with disorderly guests as needed

Requirements:

Previous bartending experience required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to obtain required government certifications including alcohol and food service; CPR and First Aid training preferred
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service
Basic math and English language skills for operating POS and completing documentation
Sufficient manual dexterity to prepare garnishes and handle bar tools
Ability to stand for long periods and work in confined spaces

Additional Expectations:

Regular attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Maintain a neat, professional appearance
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
Comply with all health and safety regulations

Working Conditions:

May lift up to 75 lbs
Primarily indoor work with exposure to temperature changes
