Summary: Responsible for beverage service to patrons and F&B servers at an assigned station or bar, ensuring excellent customer service to enhance the Red Mile experience.

Essential Duties:

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
Serve beverages promptly and efficiently to Beverage/Food Servers.
Receive, issue, and maintain records of liquor inventory and supplies.
Maintain a clean and organized bar station continually.
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and respond appropriately.
Ensure no drinks are served unless entered into the POS system.
Process payments from patrons and servers promptly and courteously.
Adhere to established cash control policies and procedures.
Request identification to verify age from all guests.
Answer guest questions and direct concerns to management.
Assist in maintaining health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Perform side work, setup, and closing duties as assigned.

Requirements: Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
Previous bartending experience required.
Ability to read and complete standard forms.

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to promote a team environment.
Proficient English communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Willingness to work cooperatively with team members.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills.

Physical Requirements: Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. Regularly use hands and fingers to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. Frequently required to stand and walk.
