Title: Bartender (Full Time and Part Time)

We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time bartender positions. Online applications only.

Requirements:

One year of prior bar experience
Valid Louisiana Bar Card
Ability to detect guest inebriation and comply with state and federal liquor laws

Pay Range: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour

Job Summary: Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner while adhering to all liquor regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Adhere to all state, federal, and corporate liquor laws, particularly regarding serving minors and intoxicated guests
Set up assigned bar areas; stock beer, wine, spirits, paper products, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce
Maintain and prepare fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables
Greet guests courteously and take drink orders
Mix, garnish, and present drinks following standard recipes and portion controls
Check guests' identification
Detect and manage guest inebriation
Handle cash transactions, verify charges, and properly execute vouchers
Secure all beverage products, food, equipment, cash, and deposits
Perform cleaning tasks to maintain health and safety standards
Arrange bottles and glasses for an attractive bar display
Wash and sterilize stemware
Perform other duties as assigned
