Purpose of Position: The Bartender role at Shy Bird is multi-faceted. During the day, you may take orders, run food, or help pack takeout. At night, you will craft cocktails like Negronis, open wine bottles, and engage with guests at the bar. You will receive training in our food, wine, spirits, and beer programs to help bring these experiences to life for our guests. All team members at Shy Bird work side-by-side and are cross-trained to support each other. Chefs run food and bus tables, counter staff do dishes, bartenders seat guests and stock plates—we all contribute.
